The Strata Council is conducting a key fob audit. The purpose is to take inventory of what key fobs are still used and which key fobs have been misplaced. Strata Council requires that all fobs be registered, by way of the process below, or they will be de-activated on November 15th. Here is what you need to do:
1. If you OWN your unit:
- Gather ALL your key fobs.
- If you have loaned any of your fobs to family or friends and do not have them in your possession, simply obtain the codes off the back RIGHT corner of the fob on the sticker. The codes include both the 3 digit code beside FC and the 5 digit code beside TX_PRX. See Bottom of Page for more details.
- Bring the key fobs to the AGM on October 29th at the Douglas College Theatre. If you will not be attending the meeting, you can include a printed picture and list of the fobs with your proxy form.
- When registering at the AGM, you will be asked to present your key fobs to Strata Council members so they can validate that the numbers on the back of your fobs are the accurate ones assigned to your unit.
2. If you RENT your unit:
- Notify your landlord of the fob audit. Have them get the numbers off the back of your fob and bring them to the AGM.
Remember, ANY FOBS not registered with The Strata Council by November 15th will be disabled. Please email ac.tniop-eht|sbof#ac.tniop-eht|sbof with any questions.
